- The main responsibilities of this position is state paperwork, title work and clerical
- Serve as back up to many different roles in the office such as biller and inventory clerk
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Previous office/administration/clerical work is preferred but not necessary, we will train the right person
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
