Entry Level Management Trainee

We are looking for a business-savvy Entry Level Management Trainee to increase product and service awareness and sustain a positive brand image. The Entry Level Management Trainee must have interpersonal skills and a keen analytical eye to be able to connect with consumers. The Entry Level Management Trainee will work closely with the sales and customer support team to enhance our client's ROI and expand customer acquisitions into new markets and territories.

Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to create and distribute positive branding messages for our clients products and services
• Engage with all customers in a polite, empathetic, and courteous manner
• Elaborate on any questions that may arise and educate consumers on how our services compare to the competition
• Promote, present and distribute material related to promotions, sales trajectories, market trends, and services to targeted audiences
• Forecast and analyze new marketing strategies, sales trends, and product/service performance
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential consumers to create longevity
• Compile customer feedback for the Management Department to review and improve customer service performance
• Maintain updated client information and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with any new or existing client

Entry Level Management Trainee Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising preferred
• 1-3 years experience in business, management, customer service, promotional sales, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills, including the ability to develop entry-level staff
• Determination, drive, and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This role starts at an entry-level position and involves customer engagement and sales. Successful candidates will be trained and provided with the necessary tools to excel in a management role. Sales experience is preferred but not required. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
