We are actively hiring to fill a full time, in-office Customer Service Representative position based in our Braintree office location. We are a force in the consulting industry and proudly work with some of the most influential and innovative brands in the Northeast. Due to extreme client demand and growth projections over the next year, we’re building a steadfast Customer Service team that will drive new customer acquisition, provide Customer Service and account support, and become the gold standard for creating noteworthy customer and brand experiences.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company and client in a professional, competent, and compliant manner. Your main objective will be capitalizing on the sales of products and services, driving the client's footprint in a designated market, and reinforcing the relationship between client and customer through consultative, personalized Customer Service and sales techniques.
This position is designed for a candidate who is seeking a highly visible role in an organization, is interested in managing the entire Customer Service and sales cycle, and is seeking upward mobility in their next opportunity.
Customer Service Representative Core Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective customers directly to review their account information, deliver product/service recommendations, determine eligibility for upgrades, and close sales
- Create exceptional customer experiences by actively listening and addressing the customer's needs, wants, and concerns
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective customers within an assigned territory to increase return business and create a referral pipeline
- Meets weekly targets for outreach, leads, and closed prospects
- Move prospects through the sales pipeline quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products, services, promotions, and updates
- Accurately record all customer information strictly adhering to all of the company's compliance and privacy guidelines
- Participate in daily and weekly business development and sales topics to continue to enhance product knowledge, advance skillsets, and brainstorm new ways to increase outreach methods and closing ratios
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience or experience in a client/customer-facing setting
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Unmatched work ethic, whether in a team setting or working independently
- People-oriented demeanor with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory type position
- Passion for working in an entrepreneurial start-up culture ready to help grow a team
