We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Assistant to join our team for the Beauty Clinic and provide exceptional support to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery updates.
- Escalate complex inquiries or complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth customer interactions and order fulfillment.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
