A full-service manufacturer in Mount Vernon that supports the aerospace, medical device, marine, reviewable energy, heavy equipment, and defense-related businesses is hiring a full-time, temp-to-hire Entry-Level CNC Machinist.
In this position, you will be trained & mentored to operate a variety of different machines – including CNC Mill & Lathe - to create high-quality parts for a variety of industries.
Even after training, they will invest in your skill development – they provide cross-training opportunities so you can grow your skillset as a CNC machinist.
Entry-Level CNC MachinistJob Duties:
- Operate various machines to create products.
- Load & unload parts.
- Use hand & power tools to deburr products.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Available schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:00 pm - 2:30 am?
Entry-Level CNC Machinist Requirements:
- 1+ years of mechanical experience (working on cars or machines)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read schematics/blueprints
- Able to stand or sit throughout shift.
