Entry Level Civil Design Engineer

LPA is seeking a passionate Entry-Level Civil Design Engineer to join our integrated team of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Master Planners. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. Our clients include public and private entities, and represent nine different market segments, so your career can take many different trajectories.

What you will do:

• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in the execution of specific assignments
• Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents
• Review and process construction administration documents
• Active in professional associations

Entry-Level Civil Design Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Engineer in Training License
• Broad knowledge and experience in civil engineering and site development
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
• Curious and open minded to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Entry-Level Civil Design Engineer Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D

The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $90,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
