Entry Level Call Center

We are a professional solar consulting firm centered around the renewable energies sector, with the goal of expanding to national and international markets. We are looking for an employee who can demonstrate phenomenal speaking skills, rapport building, and leadership potential as we expand into the future.

Responsibilities

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
• Serve as the primary contact for providing white glove support and problem resolutions for clients
• Participate in special projects for growth and development as needed
• Follow established procedures, update documentation, assume ownership of end-user issues and strive to provide excellent service to all business partners
• Maintain required documentation and records to meet best practices
• Strive to meet individual and team goals

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor
• Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors
• People-oriented - enjoy interacting with others and working on group projects
• Have excellent customer service skills and written skills
• Demonstrate positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers
• Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

What We'll Do:

• Provide training for Entry Level new hires to ensure best practices and skyrocket success potential.
• Maintain an open and honest line of communication between management, providing assistance to those who might need it; this is NOT a "sink or swim" environment.
• Help carve your career path and promote members to leadership positions based on performance.
• Plan and hold fun company and team events and outings (for example: 76er’s box seats, Top Golf, team lunches, company conventions in locations like Atlantic City and Philadelphia, etc.).

Hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

NOTE: THIS POSITION IS HYBRID

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
