Job Description:
Priority Payments Detroit is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Enter and update technical support tickets to address customer inquiries.
- Assist with invoicing and financial record-keeping.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and preparation of materials.
- Handle supply ordering and inventory management to keep our office well-stocked.
