Join Our Team as an Entertainment & Events Transportation Coordinator!
BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry around the world, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Los Angeles office as an Entertainment & Events Transportation Coordinator. With a rich history dating back to 1975, we are excited to continue our growth and success into the future.
As an Entertainment & Events Transportation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable transportation experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients, primarily Entertainment & VIP specific accounts, with their ground transportation needs.
- Booking, editing, and managing ground transportation reservations.
- Creating and editing spreadsheets for our clients and their respective events.
- Communicating with clients and reviewing all details to make sure everything is accurate within the reservations and overall event logistics.
- Representing the company at off-site events as the on-site representative; liaising with the client in real time and managing chauffeurs, vehicles, and logistics.
- Assisting the VP of Entertainment Relations as well as the overall Entertainment & Events team as needed.
The ideal candidate MUST have:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A creative problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A can-do attitude and all-around team-player.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.
- Knowledge or familiarity of the entertainment industry (not required but a plus if so).
- Experience using GroundWidgets/SantaCruz (not required but a plus if so).

Job Type

- Hourly-Position with the Opportunity to earn Overtime.
- In-office, remote, and on-site (as needed).
- As this is an events position, you will be required to occasionally work nights & weekends (as needed).
- You may be required to travel for events (as needed).
- Our company operates 24/7/365, so there may be times you will have to work certain holidays as well.
- Our office is located in Atwater Village, Los Angeles, 90039.
Salary Range
- $20.00 - $23.00/hour
