Job Description
Under the guidance/direction/supervision of the manager, the Contractor will:
- Share a strong Knowledge of SharePoint to support Group, Team, and Workflow Automation with:
- Microsoft Power Automate flows to automate business processes and workflows.
- Out-of-the-Box Workflows pre-built workflows for common tasks like document approval and signature collection.
- Strong Business Analysis skills to support the documentation of systems requirements, user guide, and system implementation live cycle.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Azure Open AI, Azure Cognitive Services
- Work with the team to design, develop, and implement solutions using various Office 365 products. (SharePoint, Team, Planner. Power BI and Power Automate)
- Handle the Help Desk tickets related to EPS applications.
- Strong knowledge in SharePoint and databases such as SQL Server, Oracle
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Develop and effectively communicate concepts and strategies verbally and in writing to key stakeholders.
- Create Technical documentation and training material.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with vendor and team.
Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with the following technologies:
- Strong Knowledge of SharePoint to support Group, Team, and Workflow Automation with Microsoft Power Automate flows to automate business processes and workflows.
- Out-of-the-Box Workflows pre-built workflows for common tasks like document approval and signature collection.
- Strong Business Analysis skills to support the documentation of systems requirements, user guide, and system implementation live cycle.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Azure Open AI, Azure Cognitive Services
- Contract staff will work side-by-side with County staff
- Contract staff will report directly to the Manager of EPS.
