The Enterprise Operations Managerwill be responsible for technical and sales support to Clients for Enterprise Solutions such as loan origination, new account opening, member portal, etc… throughout the assigned area. In addition, coordinating new Enterprise Solutions and corporate initiative launches, and assisting on Enterprise implementations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead for complex Enterprise Solutions technical support issues with clients. Tasks should include assessing the level of support needed to address issues, establishment of timetables for resolution, set client expectations and provide follow-up support. Provide live technical support to clients for related platforms. Support implementation analyst in launching the array of Enterprise services.
- Deliver virtual or on-site training and sales product support to clients covering Enterprise services and features. Position products for referral.
- Provide ongoing training to clients on all Enterprise platforms. Assist with the coordination and support of all product initiatives including ongoing training, follow up, usage training and reporting.
- Provide management the information and tools necessary to provide valuable Enterprise Solutions consultative services to clients. Complete special strategic projects as directed by management. Update applicable sales reporting system a minimum of twice per week. Have a working knowledge of all internal systems such as project management, product/development, and CRM. (10%)
The Ideal Candidate:
Education:
- BA/BS Degree or commensurate experience
- PMP certification preferred
Experience:
- Five years’ experience in a lending support environment.
- A minimum of three years’ experience working with Origence products in an Operations Rep capacity or similar.
Specialized Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of the marketplace and lending industry.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively present to large groups and/or executives.
- A successful track record with managing large scale projects from inception to completion. Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task projects.
- Ability to successfully train a group of people on technical products.
- Ability towork independently with a high level of initiative.
- Excellent oral, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive travel required.

The starting salary range for this full-time position in is $69800 - $87300 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company’s discretion on an individual basis.
