The EBOM will be responsible for partnering with operations leads and project management across the business to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively including process support, business system support, special project planning, training and SOPs, reporting, metrics and trend analysis, and overall visibility. Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholder groups is a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate would have experience with digital asset management systems, data analysis and visualization, product development, retail, project management methodologies and systems, and process improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams using project management system (Workfront) and digital asset management system (Adobe Experience Manager) with content supply chain, training, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and ongoing support
- Ensure ongoing development and maintenance of onboarding and additional training materials to promote user adoption
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, and ease of maintenance
- Work with adjacent development teams to implement integrated technical solutions
- Identify pain points and opportunities and provide recommendations
- Proactively collect feedback on the function and performance
- Support workflows for metadata, smart tagging, lifecycle management, and AI capabilities
- Standardize ways of managing projects and templates
- Create and conduct training for Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and process execution
- Develop scalable and customized project plans
- Create and maintain reporting and dashboards in Workfront, excel, SQL and Tableau
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess performance, trends, areas of improvement, and root causes of problems in project plans and related processes
- Forecast resource capacity and growth needs to support project volume
- Identifying, escalating, and resolving key project issues
- Liaising with project team members to understand operational concerns and recommend next steps
- Monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
- Work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and assortment reviews
- Lead project teams to develop accurate product specifications, project requirements, optimal critical path and identify tradeoffs and risks
- Interface with project and cross-functional teams to proactively derive creative solutions for project delays

Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive work responsibility in process operations or consulting
- Experience and knowledge with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Firefly, Adobe Sensei, Workfront, Tableau, SharePoint, and Excel
- Market interests and awareness for tools, consumer trends, marketing trends, and retail trends
- Experience working in a high-growth environment, with consistently shifting priorities
- Ability to make decisions quickly, based upon a combination of analysis, experience, wisdom and judgment
- Work strategically and tactically with fluidity, little direction, and ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
