Requirements
Scope & Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential Enterprise clients.
- Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening, understanding their pain points and needs.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition, tailoring your approach to resonate with each prospect's unique challenges.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team and Growth Enablement Manager to seamlessly transition qualified leads for further engagement, and with Marketing and for campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead progression in our Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine your outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years workforce experience in a cold calling or lead generation role within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of goal attainment and/or overperformance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong ability to identify and prospect high-value opportunities, effectively navigate objections, and secure new business meetings/calls.
- Strong organizational skills to enable supporting multiple teams and balancing time/effort to meet goals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and navigating lead management processes preferred.
- Experience reaching out to senior leaders preferred.
- Resilient and persistent nature, with the drive to exceed targets and achieve results.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Additional Information
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel - once or twice per year for team meetings or conferences.
Work Location: This role can be done in office (Fort Collin, CO), hybrid or remote within the US
Base Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.
