You will lead initiatives that translate business strategy into action by working with cross-functional colleagues to inform and influence their decision making. You will act as a proxy for the Chief Strategy Officer, ensuring projects and plans stay on task and on track. You will possess a sophisticated mix of emotional intelligence, diplomacy and thought partnership, that when paired with good judgment allows you to interact with senior leadership and external partners with confidence and poise.
Core Responsibilities:
- Directly support the SVP & Chief Strategy Officer on day-to-day needs to drive organizational alignment and enable the Chief Strategy Officer to increase productivity and impact across the organization
- Provide oversight and leadership across the Growth Enterprise to prepare for internal leadership meetings as well as external meetings (partners, conferences, etc.)
- Serve as a thought-partner to the Chief Strategy Officer on decisions that impact the Growth Enterprise directly and the organization more broadly
- Direct an efficient operating rhythm for the Chief Strategy Officer week over week to include planning, preparation, and action item follow-up
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong/collaborative working relationships with key internal and external constituents, with a focus on resolving internal questions and issues
- Translate complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Elevate collaboration and effectiveness of Growth Enterprise leadership team
- Ensure progress on priority work streams, build decision-making frameworks & deliverables
- Work closely with Growth Enterprise leadership, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, ADSI and other key partners to ensure a smooth operating rhythm
- Build documents and presentations to accelerate the effectiveness of the Chief Strategy Officer
Requirements:

- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.
