I. Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Technology Professional to lead our Enterprise Architecture practice. As the most senior architect of our enterprise IT landscape, you will play a crucial role in aligning our technology ecosystem with business objectives, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead an Enterprise Architecture community made up of talented architects to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable solutions across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology strategies and solutions.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the organization.
- Establish and enforce architecture principles, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across systems.
- Oversee the evolution of existing systems and applications, ensuring they remain aligned with the evolving business landscape.
- Provide thought leadership on key technology decisions, balancing short-term goals with long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of enterprise-wide solutions.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with technology initiatives, ensuring the security, compliance, and reliability of our systems.

B. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Finance or similar area of study or, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
Experience: Eight (8) years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement) within Information Technology including at least two years managing a team of two of more individuals

- Proven experience as a senior Enterprise Architect in a Fortune 250 or equivalent-sized corporation.
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business success.
- Expertise in cloud computing, data architecture, application architecture, and integration strategies.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Preferred: 15 Years of experience infrastructure, data analytics, software engineering Breadth
