As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for inspiring leading companies to modernize their physical security solution. You advocate the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, efficient and mobile with their physical security solution. As a member of the Enterprise Sales team, this individual will collaborate closely with Sales Development, Engineering, Product, Customer Support and Leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain executive relationships with enterprise customers, and help the organization modernize their physical security solution, and influence long-term strategic direction, while serving as a valued business partner.
- Present to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Sales Engineers and Rhombus partners, all to maximize business results in territory and open up opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Understand each customer's physical security usage, strategic modernization plans and physical security drivers, technology strategy, and long-term strategies.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of B2B business development experience, leveraging sales through the channel and reseller network
- Direct field experience in working with Enterprise Accounts
- Ability to proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Track record of developing sustainable new business
