Overview:
The Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Director oversees program design, service delivery, and administration for ECM programs in the Bay Area at Seneca Family of Agencies. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and supporting service continuity across contracts and regions as appropriate. This position will oversee the development and maintenance of the necessary infrastructure for billing, reporting, and contracting.

Responsibilities:- Address inquiries, concerns, and requests from managed care partners promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with managed care representatives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal administrative teams and program leadership to support ECM start-up, workflows, assess and improve billing processes, reporting systems, and contracting procedures to align with managed care requirements.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and implement changes to streamline ECM-related workflows.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives team on the negotiation, development, and execution of contracts with managed care partners.
- Ensure that contracts are compliant, accurately reflect services provided, and align with agency goals.
- Monitor contract performance, track key metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the delivery of ECM
- Provide supervision to Enhanced Care Management team members (specific supervisory structure to be determined)
- Foster a healthy team climate and culture that aligns with Seneca's mission and values.
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Two years minimum experience with administering the delivery of community-based behavioral health services
- Strong understanding of billing, reporting, and contracting processes within a healthcare or social services context
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory experience
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Own vehicle, Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Mon - Fri; 9AM - 5:30PM
- Starting at $104,691 - $118,697 per year, actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification
- An additional $6000 per year upon passing a bilingual language proficiency exam
