Student Summer Externship - Enhanced Care Management

KHS reasonably expects to pay starting compensation for the part time position of Student Summer Externship – Enhanced Care Management $19.00 hourly.

Extern Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, responsible extern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further their interest in your chosen career field. In addition to office duties, the extern will have the opportunity to meet managers and executives.
Extern Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory organization, updates, and tracking
• Updating Tracking spreadsheets
• Print, Scan, and filing documents
• Data entry
• Assist with class preparation & material printing
• Organizing Educational Material
• Build rapport with KFHC member and partners
• Attend virtual community collaboratives and taking minutes
• Scheduling, reserving rooms and taking notes for internal meetings

Extern requirements and qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in high school, college, or university.
• Must be minimum 16 years of age. 18 years of age preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Be available for the entire summer break, flexible hours, Monday - Friday (with the exception of planned vacation or needed days off to be discussed with department).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
