Position Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent client service skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as a manager. This individual will also possess 10-15 years of experience in the IT field, including management of at least 15 employees. 
MUST HAVE's:

• Current Authorization to work in US required
  • No future sponsorship provided
• Minimum 8 years’ experience managing technical teams of five or more IT professionals, preferably for a service provider organization supporting numerous clients and technologies. 
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another related field 
• Fundamental understanding of server technologies 

• VMWare, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies 
• Storage solutions: SAN, NAS, Shared storage, ISCSI, Fiber Channel 
• Security Solutions to support compliance such as ATP, MDR, MFA, SEIM, Phishing tools, etc. 
• Fundamental understanding of firewalls, switches, and other networking technologies 
• Cisco Meraki, SonicWALL, or other business-grade vendor solutions 
• Disaster Recovery solutions and backup technologies 
• Office365, Azure and other Cloud solutions 

Salary Range: $110-125K
