Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Engineering Intern with a focus in Manufacturing at our Cudahy, WI plant located approximately 5 miles south of Milwaukee. As an intern at ATI Cudahy Operations, you will get to learn from an experienced and knowledgeable group of professionals in a unique environment, gaining priceless experience in the materials science industry.

Summary:

As an intern at ATI Cudahy Operations, you will get to learn from an experienced and knowledgeable group of professionals in a unique environment, gaining priceless experience in the materials science industry.
Essential Functions:
- Support operations in Forge Shop, Die Room, and Machining Areas
- Working on safety issues and concerns within the Forge Shop
- Implementing/creating Forge Shop and Die Room improvements.
- Helping with Continuous Improvement projects, standard work, and work process Flows
- Assessing inspection methods.
- Helping solve Forge Shop Engineering Issues
- Assisting with instructions for various processes not limited to
- Grinding, Cleaning and Forging processes

- Must be a sophomore or above in college
- 3.0 or above GPA
- Pursuing a degree inMechanical or Industrial Engineering or Related Degree
- Able to report onsite to Cudahy for a June 5th, 2023 Start Date
- Work 32-40 hours during the summer (flexibility with days off)
- Work 20-24 hours during the school year, onsite at Cudahy location
