Engineering Administrative Assistant

CSN International is a Christian radio ministry broadcasting bible teaching through radio stations nationwide.

This position’s main purpose is to support the CSN Engineering department, primarily, the Assistant Director of Engineering. This position will assist with the administration of tower site leases, filing and maintaining engineering support documentation, collecting data, filing property taxes, and obtaining insurance certificates when requested by tower owners. The Administrative Assistant will also help with OSHA certifications as well as other Federal and State mandates and safety plans.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Work with vendors when necessary to obtain services and negotiate contracts.
• Answering phones, emails and other requests.
• Provide clerical and general office support to other offices as needed.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall objectives of CSN International representing the ministry in the best possible light to both internal staff and external customers

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Exemplary planning, organization, and time management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

• Must pass a criminal background investigation
• Must treat coworkers and the public with the utmost respect and regard for good public relations
• Work Environment and Physical Demands:
• Work is performed primarily in an office environment and the employee in this class is primarily subject to inside work conditions,

• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.,
• Must be able to sit for up to one hour.
• Requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, which permits the employee to function in a general office environment to accomplish tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
