JOB GOAL
Under the general direction of the Director, organize, develop, and disseminate information to internal and external audiences. As directed, produce materials related to program improvement efforts. Communicate with all district personnel in such a manner as to insure rapport and cooperation. Will be required to learn the paperwork and deadline requirements of CTE, alternative education, athletics and activities, driver education, activities drug testing, and after school programs. This is an 8 hour per day, full year position.

Starting Salary Range - $17.05+, depending upon experience

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated ability to operate general office machines
- Working knowledge of business English, spelling, math and dictation
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Desired
- Graduate of a two year college and secretarial course
- Three years experience as a secretary - preferably in a school district
