Job Description

As an Energy Independence Advisor with OMNI24 Solar+Battery, (the 1st Conservative Christian Solar Company in the United States) based remotely in Texas with a nationwide focus, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to make solar solutions accessible for every homeowner. In this commission-based position, you will guide both homeowners and commercial clients across the United States, educating them on the benefits and specifications of OMNI24’s solar panels, battery systems, and other renewable services. Your efforts will enable clients to make informed decisions, selecting the best package to meet their energy and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice on a range of solar products and services.
• Assist homeowners and potential clients in understanding and selecting appropriate solar and battery solutions to suit their needs.
• Create personalized proposals that highlight the value and benefits of transitioning to solar energy.
• Act as a point of reference for information on the latest solar technology trends and incentives.
• Take initiative in generating self-sourced leads and effectively nurture these prospects into successful deals.
• Manage and expedite the conversion of company-provided leads to close deals promptly

Qualifications

• Solar Energy Proficiency: Ability to speak fluently about solar technologies, including solar panels and battery systems.
• Mission Alignment: Strong alignment with our mission to make solar solutions accessible for every homeowner.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in the solar industry, with a minimum of 20,000+ watts (or 20+ kW) of solar energy systems sold.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms with outstanding proficiency in English.
