**Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-home consultations with interested home owners.
- Engage with potential customers, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for energy audits.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of our solar products and services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve individual and team targets.
**Qualifications**
- Strong work ethic and hunger for success.
- A student mentality, eager to learn and grow in the renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Monthly compensation ranging from $20,000-$32,000.
