We are hiring an ambitious, smart and experienced employment attorney with 4+ years of experience in plaintiff side employment litigation.

Most of our cases are:

• Wage & Hour claims
• Workplace discrimination (Race, sex, gender, disability)
• Wrongful termination
• Retaliation

Location: New York State or New York City (remote)

Responsibilities:

• Receive new cases from client intake team and evaluate case strength and evidence;
• Draft demand letters and initial complaints;
• Attend calls with the opposing counsel
• Discovery & depositions
• To work closely with our digital product team and engineering teams in determining requirements for the new software and tools that they will build;
• Educate other team members on nuances and new developments in employment law and civil rights through internal training;

Experience/Requirements:

• Admitted to practice employment law in New York and New Jersey area;
• 4+ years practicing employment law;
• Experience in preparing motions, pleadings, and conducting discovery;
• Deep knowledge of US employment practices and processes;
• Detail-oriented and responsive work style;
• Ambitious, hungry, and energetic;
• Interest in innovative technology; and

Pay: $150,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
