Luxury Leasing Professional - Northwest Austin

*Customer focused professional needed for our newly renovated West Lake Vistas community at 7201 Ranch Road 2222, Austin , TX 78730*

As a Leasing Professional with Willowick, you will partner with the team at our luxury community in Northwest Austin, TX to handle all responsibilities pertaining to the community's leasing, marketing, and advertising. You will also provide resident satisfaction and secure resident lease renewals.

Leasing Professional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Process documentation such as credit screening, criminal background checks, lease and move in packages and lease signing
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy and ensure the apartment is in excellent condition prior to move in
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Ensure the achievement of the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancy
• Assist the Leasing Manager with the lease renewal program and the communication process
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew

Leasing Professional Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• One or more years of leasing experience preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or sales experience required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Entrada Software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Luxury Sales/Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
• Apartment Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
