Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products/services, their features, benefits, and unique selling points
- Serve as the go-to resource for the sales team to address complex inquiries and provide detailed information during the sales process
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in identifying customer needs and crafting tailored solutions
- Provide guidance on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and effective selling strategies
- Engage directly with customers when necessary to address technical, operational, or specialized queries, participate in sales presentations, and provide expert-level support during client meetings
- Develop and conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, industry understanding, and sales techniques
- Keep the team updated on product updates, industry trends, and market insights.
- Create and maintain sales collateral, documentation, and resources such as FAQs, case studies, technical guides, and product/service summaries to support the sales team in their efforts
- Feedback and Improvement
- Gather feedback from the sales team regarding customer pain points, market demands, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with relevant departments to continuously improve products/services and sales strategies
- Strategic Partner Engagement: Provide an ideal resource from a sales and SME perspective for our industry partners through meetings, training, and attending CAD shows to help generate synergy and better understanding of our products and services
- Help generate additional revenue through better partner relationships.

Qualifications:
- 10 plus years of proven experience in a similar SME or technical sales support role within the Public Safety Sector
- 10 plus years of deep understanding of all Priority Dispatch Products (EMD, EFD, EPD, CNS) and their applications in the market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
Essential Job Functions:
- Familiarity with Priority Dispatch Products Suite
- Previous experience in delivering training sessions or workshops
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends
- Strong customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills
Physical and Other Requirements:
- This is a typical office job which requires the ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk with occasionally moving, standing, and walking.
- Occasionally requires lifting 10 – 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- The work environment is composed of moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
- Occasional travel at least 50% of the time may be required.
