Job Description
We are currently looking for Bilingual Elite Customer Service Representatives to join our Team. The Elite Customer Service Representative consists of interacting with customers at a high level to provide assistance with their monitoring devices and troubleshooting as required via phone, teleconferencing, or in person. This is a remote position.
Job Description:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Safely assist customers with placing devices and educating them on usage.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and notify them of planned adjustments in service dates or device changes.
- Communicating with customers through various channels and documenting customer interactions, transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up with patients with "no data" per the department procedures and policy.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, escalate to the supervisor if issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
- Promptly follow-up on all missed calls, and voicemails.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years Customer Service Experience.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must be able to prioritize and work closely with others.
- Proficiency with EKG technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Compassion and caring nature.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish).
