Cnc Programmer

```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing CNC programs to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in our operations.

Duties:
- Develop CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to program instructions
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines or programs
- Maintain documentation of programming changes and adjustments
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Strong understanding of geometry, mechanical principles, and mathematical concepts
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including lathes and electrical discharge machining (EDM)
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and the ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of CAD software for programming purposes
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- High attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
