Responsibilities:
- Create all aspects of design tech packs.
- Strong ability to Sketch and CAD on Illustrator.
- Comment on Lab dips and strike offs for sweater and trim
- Maintain library of all items together so they will match the color standards
- Work in a fast-paced environment and is proactive in finding solutions to difficult
- Communicate daily with our overseas factories to ensure all samples are on schedule in accordance to the calendar.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Fashion Design required
- Min. 4-8 years of SWEATER experience required
- Color experience preferred
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization skills and work ethic
- Must be able to jump into sketching and CAD’ing efficiently in Illustrator
- Knowledge of working with prints + patterns in Adobe Photoshop and working between Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience working on sweater construction, GG, and yarn
- Understanding and experience creating tech packs and spec’ing new designs and protos
- Excellent eye for detail and proportions
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- Strong in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
The salary range offered for this full-time, exempt role is between $80-100k based on experience.
