Description:
Arlington Heights School District 25 has an opening for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Assistant Principal at Ivy Hill Elementary School for the 2023-24 school year. This administrative position will report to and be directly responsible to the Principal. Compensation is competitive in the northwest suburbs and based upon training and experience.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have an understanding of best practices for 21st Century learning. Expectations of applicants are to:

• possess a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative Endorsement;
• have had successful teaching experience, at least 3 years preferred;
• demonstrate a high level of effective leadership skills;
• experience celebrating diversity and working with diverse students and their parents, preferred;
• possess strong insight into the nature and development of the children to be served.
