Work schedule: 1st shift 5:00-3:30PM M-TH schedule with overtime every other Friday

Job Description:
- Troubleshoot circuit boards to the component level and support production test fixtures as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot circuit boards to component level.
- Support production test fixtures and operators.
- Read test procedures and test products.
- Visually identify circuit board defects using a microscope.
- Knowledge of oscilloscopes, DMM, and basic test equipment.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition by performing daily organization and cleanup of the work area.
- Participate in continuous process improvement.
- Recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to your team-lead or supervisor.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-year degree in Electronics or related field or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years’ electronics manufacturing experience (specifically troubleshooting circuit boards).
- Experience with printed circuit board troubleshooting to the component level.
- Must be able to read and interpret schematics.
- Knowledge of electronic components and their properties.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Willing to cross-train in other areas.
- Results driven.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and identify specifications.
- Ability to read, speak and write fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of PCs.
- Experience with software.
- Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of polarity, orientation, and IPC 610 standards.
- Experience with electronic test fixtures.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally required to walk while carrying trays, stoop, kneel, crouch and talk or hear.
