MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience. This position will be asked to flex time to work some nights and weekends for functions and events.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
As a member of the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs team, this person should have practical experience in building collaborations and community among different populations; programming, presentation and training skills. Strong content knowledge and sensitivity to the concerns of different student communities, current trends and issues, and a dedication to student growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement outreach programs, trainings, and workshops for historically underrepresented population and the campus community
- Develop, implement, and collaborate with key campus partners (including but not limited to the Dean of Students, Care Team, Student Success Center, Russell House University Union, Leadership & Service Center, Fraternity & Sorority Life, Housing & Residence Life, Human Resources, Information Technology and college faculty partners) on high-level events, programs and initiatives related to creating a collaborative environment on campus
- Recruit and train student facilitators to provide modules and presentations to campus entities
