Southern Electric & Automation Corp. (SEACorp) has been providing industrial electrical services in Sanford, NC and the Triangle for two decades. We are looking for electricians and Data Technicians to help grow with us and through us. The details below are for a journeyman, but we are hiring for all levels (helper, journeyman, foreman).
Pay/Experience Guidelines:
Helper: $15-$18 (0-2 years experience)
Journeyman: $19-$24 (2-7 years experience)
Foreman: $25-$28 (7+ years experience)

Electrician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reads and interprets blueprints
- Has some understanding of OHM’s law and electrical theory for electrical wiring
- Supervises apprentice electricians
- Makes wire terminations
- Measures, cuts, bends, and lays out wire and conduit paths
- Traces out short cut circuits in wiring
- Assists in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring and conduit
- Submits written reports as needed
- Designs conduits fill and control circuits
- Other duties as assigned
Data Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reads and interprets blue prints with ability to follow cable schedule
- Experience pulling Cat6 and/or Fiber Optics in Cable Trays, Ladder Racks, and Conduit
- Able to terminate Cat6 Mod Jacks, Cat6 Mod Plugs, 110 Patch Panel, Fiber Optic Connectors
- Physical ability to work from ladders and lifts and can carry at least 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned
