Answers phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Assists in opening and ensuring equipment and instructor paperwork/handouts are in classroom. Generate Excel spreadsheets and generates class reports. Assists in maintaining class files.
Duties 1. Assists in generating class rosters and attendance sheets as directed.
2. Answers phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
3. Opens classrooms, sets up equipment, provides classroom paperwork and handouts.
4. Assists in maintaining individual class files with receipts, attendance sheets and class rosters.
5. Develops Excel spreadsheets to collect class data.
6. Look-ups student information in Colleague to assist students.
7. Contributes to the College Vision, Mission, Values, and RISE statement.
8. Supports workforce diversity in all its aspects.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
1. Associate Degree;
2. One year of full-time or equivalent work experience in an office setting providing customer service to students or customers;
3 .Experience creating and using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

1. Experience working in the NC Community College System with related software.
2. Three years of full-time or equivalent work experience in an office setting dealing with students or customers.
3. Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, an East Slavic language, and/or American Sign Language.
