Electrical Assembler

• Verifiable production or manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal fabrication environment
• Able to perform duties that require repetitive motion.
• Route wires and install electrical components.
• Analyze schematics and drawings of electrical systems for the purpose of determining the efficiency and safety of the installation.
• Effective communicator (bilingual) English/Spanish required; ability to communicate with non-English speaking employees regarding safety, policies, and procedures.
• Use power and mechanical tools to construct subassemblies, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts.
• Possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with reading drawings and following instructions.
• High attention to detail
• 2-3 years' experience in Electrical or lighting assembling.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds.
• Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment.
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
• Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
• Climb ladders of varying heights
• Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $17-$22 per hour. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.
