Title: Ecommerce Specialist & Graphic Designer (Product Manager)

Overview: We are seeking a versatile individual who can blend the strategic thinking of a product manager with the creative skills of a Graphic Designer to drive our ecommerce initiatives. This role requires someone who can effectively manage product development cycles while also crafting visually appealing designs that enhance our brand identity and user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Management:
   • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
   • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and operations to define requirements, prioritize features, and execute product initiatives.
   • Monitor key performance metrics and conduct data-driven analyses to optimize product performance and drive continuous improvement.
   • Catalog Management.
   • Potential travel to China Factories.
2. Ecommerce Optimization:
   • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the ecommerce platform, driving traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
   • Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics to attract and retain customers.
   • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ecommerce to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
3. Graphic Design:
   • Design compelling visual assets for digital and print channels, including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, advertisements, and packaging.
   • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
   • Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness and relevance.
   • Create and publish yearly catalog. (InDesign)
4. Marketing Management:
   • Create engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and other content to educate and inspire customers.
   • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media.
   • Master A+ content.
   • Manage All 3p Sites (Amazon, Wayfair, Faire, Etsy, Walmart.com, etc), Shopify
   • Create compelling content, including product descriptions, A+ content, blog posts, and social media posts, to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
5. Photography
   • Capture high-quality product images and lifestyle shots for use on our ecommerce platform, social media channels, and marketing materials.
   • Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all photography assets.
   • Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their visual appeal and showcase products effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management and ecommerce, preferably in the Wholesale Industry.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and experience with web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
