Position Overview:

As an Ecommerce Specialist at Vita Coco, you will play a crucial role in managing our direct-to-consumer and ecommerce channels for Vita Coco and PWR LIFT, including email marketing, website development, digital marketing campaigns and retailer management. You will be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention across these channels while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be instrumental in bringing the brand to life online and supporting every brand activation. Reporting to the Senior Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Growth to ensure alignment with overarching marketing strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining & producing ecommerce content; including brand/product pages, new campaign asset development (DSP), existing ad and product content (versioning), and the uploading process.
  • Assist in operations related to DTC and ecommerce channels, including inventory management, content syndication, fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on key performance metrics (sales, market share, ad performance), providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Implement retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to oversee web development projects and optimization, ensuring a user-friendly experience and driving conversion rates.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic and sales.
  • Lead end of month reporting for finance and operations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the ecommerce space, implementing innovative strategies to drive growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage cross-functional partnerships and collaborate with external agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on direct-to-consumer or ecommerce.
  • Proven track record of managing successful email marketing campaigns, retention strategies, digital projects, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Facebook Ads manager, and Shopify
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to drive performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

At The Vita Coco Company, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, experience, education, training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and abilities of the applicant, alignment with market data, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay for this position ranges from $55,000 - $65,000. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
