What we are looking for:
Super7 is seeking an experienced e-commerce merchandiser and toy enthusiast to join our expanding e-commerce and marketing team. The role will be responsible for executing product launches, campaigns, promotions, and emails within our e-commerce channel. The ideal candidate is familiar with Shopify, has a development or UX background, and has a passion for e-commerce optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, optimize, and execute product information and presentation on the super7.com website to achieve marketing & sales goals
- Add/Edit products, categorization, status, etc.
- Manage product availability against inventory levels (ie Pre-order to in-stock, archive, bundles)
- UGC Requests and management (coordinate with the social team)
- Execute promotion and markdown implementation to align with campaigns and seasonal planning
- Create promo codes, build campaign collection pages, tag products, etc.
- Create and maintain evergreen and timely bundles and or upsell integrations
- Report on performance
- Execute Email Marketing campaigns, audiences, and scheduling (DTC & wholesale)
- Build, test, and send Klayvio campaign emails and audience segments
- Manage and optimize automated flows
- Manage customer reviews & UGC - requests, approvals and tagging
- Support Ecom Manager with site enhancements, updates, and testing as needed
- Implement SEO and CRO adjustments as needed
- Support daily analysis of web and email performance by category/product/campaign
- Role is part of the E-commerce team and reports to the Director of E-commerce
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in E-commerce and Email platforms (Shopify & Klaviyo preferred)
- Comfortable working in HTML, CSS (Liquid and javascript a plus)
- Experience in user experience design a plus
- Experience in performance marketing a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with managing multiple delivery schedules
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and across teams
- Comfortable working with creative files
- Role is remote within the US, Hybrid work available in San Francisco, CA
