Ecommerce Inside Sales Intern

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Ecommerce Inside Sales Intern you will be responsible for increasing customer registrations and purchases on Parts.Cat.Com. You will have the opportunity to learn about the marketing process, experience outside and Inside Sales, and learn how Yancey Bros. Co. operates.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in registering for Parts.Cat.Com and completing purchases.
• Demonstrating to customers the benefits of Parts.Cat.Com and the Cat Central App
• Working with sales reps to identify customers that would benefit from Parts.Cat.com
• Cold calling customers and visiting customer sites
• Reach weekly goals for Parts.Cat.com activations

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner
• Additional duties as assigned by manager

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an upcoming college junior or senior, who wants real world marketing and sales experience, to participate in our internship program. The candidate will need to be organized, focused and willing to learn the trade. The candidate will also need to be able to work well in team settings and individually. The intern will be required to use their personal vehicle to visit customers and receive the standard mileage reimbursement.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Currently working toward associates or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to work 20+ hours a week at our Austell location
• This will be about a 3 month internship with the potential to extend

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft products
• Experience in an administrative type position
