Ecommerce Coordinator

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and driving growth success of our online sales channels and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute e-commerce initiatives,  optimize our digital storefront and assist in managing third party retailers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms with woo-commerce experience, a passion for wellness, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, and optimizing content for search engines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Assist in the development and execution of promotional &  social media campaigns and sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize pricing, assortment, and merchandising strategies.
• Address customer service inquiries and order-related issues.
• Assist in managing third-party retailers.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the online store.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to the e-commerce platform.
• Among other store-related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.
• Proficiency in WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Holistic living or natural wellness knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management.
