Overview:
The Amazon team is hiring an Ecommerce Coordinator, Amazon to join their team.
What You'll Do:
* Assist the Amazon team in administrative duties and processes and create SOPs, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
* Follow up on action items across channels and departments, ensuring accountability and progress.
* Contribute to project planning from start to finish, preparing and distributing project materials.
* Implement policies and procedures to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
* Generate weekly and ad hoc reports on team and project performance providing insights for continuous improvement.
* Assist in managing inventory forecasting, restocking, inventory planning for products in the catalog as well as new products
* Create and modify product listings on Amazon as assigned, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Develop and execute coupons and promotional campaigns as instructed, and subsequently report on their performance.
* Continuously monitor new competitor products and resellers in the market, staying informed about emerging trends and changes in the competitive landscape.
* Help build out Amazon only influencer program to grow channel revenue and work on other special marketing projects, as needed
What You'll Have:
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central: A good understanding of how to navigate and manage Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization, inventory management, and order processing.
* Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including Amazon PPC advertising, SEO, and email marketing, can be highly beneficial.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: The ability to analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and generate reports to drive decision-making is crucial.
* Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory levels, forecasting, and ensuring product availability is essential.
* Product Listing Optimization: Knowledge of how to create compelling product listings with high-quality images, persuasive product descriptions, and competitive pricing.
* Content Creation: Skills in creating engaging product content, including product images, videos, and written descriptions.
* Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, listings, and customer inquiries.
* Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
* Excellent Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for coordinating with team members and external partners.
* Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is crucial to maintain accurate product listings and data.
* Project Management: Experience in managing projects related to product launches, promotions, and optimizations.
