Ecommerce Sales Coordinator

Abbyson is looking for a dynamic individual to join as the eCommerce Sales Coordinator within our Sales department to manage Abbyson's Product Performance Process and Development. The Account Coordinator will communicate with Account Managers to retain and grow accounts by utilizing strategic thinking to optimize Promotional Planning, provide updates on Product and Sales Dashboards, and partner with Buyers to develop promotional plans to drive revenues and brand awareness.

Essential Functions

• Buyer Communication
  • Participate in Weekly Calls, as needed
  • Follow up with Buyers and Promotional Confirmations
  • Conduct External Outreach from Internal meetings
  • Prepare for Trade Shows and Buyer Visits

• Pricing and Reporting
  • Implement Promotional Item Selection
  • Execute Planning and modify applicable changes
  • Partner with SOM to Manage Cost Margins per Account

• Provide Promotional Calendar Updates and Proposals via Promo calendar
  • Track and Update Sales Dashboard including but not limited to: Top Sellers, Slow Movers and Zero Sellers.
  • Track and Update Daily Product Performance Dashboard

• Product Performance and Development
  • Collaborate with Account Manager on Product Development Process
  • Oversee Sample Tracking Process including but not limited to: Reporting, Tracking and Exposure.
  • Implement Internal Auditing for New Items and Category Assortments (make corrections as needed).
  • Collaborate and Communicate New Promotional Ideas for Improvement.

• Sales Operations and Ecommerce Meetings
  • Provide metrics as it relates to the Operations of the account's Vendor scorecard
  • Provide metrics as it relates to the Revenue of the accounts including but not limited to: Margin analysis, promotional planning and sales/revenue generation.

• Content, Promotions and Marketing
  • Execute New Item Setup including but not limited to: Photography, Videography, Content, Swatch Order, Specifications Sheet and PDF/ Premium Content.
  • Manage Item Updates, Photography and Content Updates, and Item Monitoring.
  • Oversee Content Requests Projects provided by analytics across different categories.
  • Conduct Promotional Audits including but not limited to: Image and video updates and content corrections.
