Support and assist the Early Childhood Programs Coordinator with staff supervision, professional development, state compliance, and program operations. This position will assist in the supervision of the ECFE program including community and family outreach.
Specific qualifications or licenses requirements:
- Three-year supervisory experience
- BAS preferably in Early Childhood, Birth to 3rd grade, Pre-K, or Parent Education
- Teaching license preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, effective at building relationships with staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage various responsibilities and be responsive to program needs

Additional information:
40 hours per week, 7:30-4:00 M-F, 12 months. Starting rate of pay $28.86. Rate of pay is subject to change based on the bi-annual review of the school board. This position includes benefits based on hours per the General Employment Policy.
