About the role:
As the E-commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the performance of online hotel marketing efforts to support Global Inventory Management. You will be accountable for managing pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition marketing programs to boost visitor traffic and secure reservations for our rental website and resort microsites.

Responsibilities include:
- Works closely with the Director of Rental E-Commerce and Manager of Digital Marketing Projects to sustain critical infrastructure for third-party campaign deployments via search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and affiliate programs.
- Serves as program manager for vendor relationships with Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, The Guestbook, and other partners.
- Defines and documents desired tactical outcomes for every campaign.
- Chairs monthly reviews with each vendor.
- Coordinates budgeting and verifies the accuracy of vendor invoices.
- Utilize guest-centric data to make tangible recommendations to improve monthly campaign performance.
- Collaborates with Brand & Creative Services, Legal, and other departments on the creation and maintenance of content, imagery, and promotional offers used in paid search, business listings, and retargeting campaigns.
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for business processes for the day-to-day execution of online media programs. Cross trains Digital Experience Analysts to provide supplemental support during seasonal peaks.

Job Details:
- Following the introductory period, the position is open to a hybrid work model within the Orlando or Las Vegas area.
- Available to support meetings with internal clients in Europe, the East/West Coast, and Hawaii.
- Travel may be required once every six months for a conference or all-hands meeting.
