We are seeking an ECommerce Manager/Specialist to join our team! .
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Platform Management: Lead the operations of our Amazon marketplace, ensuring optimum product visibility and sales performance.
- Retail Operations: Streamline online sales processes, and efficiently manage returns from our primary e-commerce site.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate online sales metrics, making informed decisions to adapt products and strategies to maximize revenue.
- Marketing Initiatives: Design, propose, and implement innovative marketing strategies to augment site traffic and customer engagement.
- Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring and integrating the latest web developments and e-commerce trends, as well as forecasting products we should be promoting, stocking, and determining proper price levels.
- Strategy Development: Define, articulate, and execute our holistic e-commerce growth plan.

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, social media marketing, or other relevant areas.
