Job Description
The Digital Marketing Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the company's marketing efforts through the execution of digital marketing campaigns and the maintenance of various digital assets. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital marketing tools, a strong understanding of marketing concepts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and social media
- Design and create visual content for social media and owned websites
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including posting content and responding to customer inquiries
- Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update the company's website using Shopify
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing initiatives
- Provide support to the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with email marketing platforms and general best practices is a plus
- Strong Understanding of social media platforms, including Youtube, Instagram and TikTok
- Bonus: Proficient with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
