Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated E-commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about online retail and eager to learn about and manage accounts on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, eBay, Walmart, and Temu. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for setting up online accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and staying abreast of industry trends to drive growth and improvement. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to dive into the e-commerce world, with no prior degree or experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Setup and Management: Assist in creating and managing online accounts on platforms like Amazon, TikTok, eBay, Walmart, and Temu. Ensure accounts are optimized for performance and compliance.
- Policy Compliance: Regularly check accounts to ensure they adhere to all policies of the respective e-commerce platforms. Address any issues proactively to avoid account penalties or suspensions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce. Recommend innovative solutions to enhance our online presence and sales performance.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyze performance data. Provide regular reports on account status, growth opportunities, and areas of concern.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: No degree or previous experience required. We welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about learning and contributing to our team.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $70,374.00 - $77,931.00 per year
