The successful OMS Manager will collaborate with fellow team members and local operations leadership to drive operational improvement. The OMS Manager must be well-versed in distribution and supply chain operations, performance benchmarking, and KPI/dashboard development.
Experience with database management and related tools is a strong plus.

The ideal candidate is process-oriented and always looking for opportunities to streamline and improve. Must have Ecommerce experience.

In this role, the individual will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues involving order fulfillment, operational compliance, and inventory optimization.

Core Responsibilities
* Oversee team of analysts responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations related to inventory and order flow
* Develop strategy to improve efficiency in hold management
* Expert in technical and operational flows, identifying root causes and develop action plan to address issues
* Support the development and continuous improvement of standards along with implementation and improvements of systems.
* Represent team on calls with cross-functional partners
* Lead Peak Planning and Management
* Responsible for hitting MTD SHIP goals and maintaining SLA

Required:
* BA/BS degree, preferably in logistics or business from a US College
* +5 years experience, preferably in Supply Chain
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Advanced experience in Microsoft excel
* Direct experience with regular interaction/management, an understanding of relational database concepts; the ability to merge and transfer files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
* Ability to derive and articulate insights and actionable recommendations from data analysis
* Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects independently, simultaneously, and with strong attention to detail
* Strong critical and analytical thinking
* Strong problem solving
* Experience leading a team of +2
* KPI development and management
* Strong communication and organization

Nice to Have:
– Familiar with IT ticketing systems JIRRA, Service Now
– Proficient in Power BI experience or similar reporting solution

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44 to $48/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
