Job Overview
Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, the E-Commerce Specialist will be an integral member of the Aurohealth and Vespyr Brands teams, helping to drive digital growth initiatives and improve our e-commerce presence. The successful candidate will:
Contribute Actively: Play a vital role in supporting and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and boost online presence across various selling platforms.

The Specialist will bring forth solutions and initiatives that align with the overarching goals of the Aurohealth and Vespyr Brands divisions, actively contributing to the realization of targeted sales and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Support: Contribute actively to devising and implementing robust online sales strategies, ensuring product visibility and sales enhancement for Aurohealth and Vespyr Brands' diverse product lineup.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights from complex data sets, using fi ndings to inform e-commerce strategies, monitor campaign performance, and understand customer behavior.
Customer Experience Optimization: Continuously improve the online customer experience by analyzing customer feedback, reviewing website design and navigation, and implementing changes that align with best practices in e-commerce UX/UI.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and average order value, to understand performance and identify areas for improvement.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors and partners, fostering strong relationships to ensure that e-commerce platforms and tools are utilized eff ectively, and any issues are resolved promptly.
Promotional Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online promotions and campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trendsand advancements in e-commerce and digital marketing, applying this knowledge to develop innovative strategies and maintain competitiveness in the market.
Inventory Management Support: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate online inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstock situations.
Cross-Functional Team Engagement: Engage with diff erent departments including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive e-commerce strategy that aligns with broader company objectives.
Testing & Optimization: Conduct testing on various site elements, advertisements, and landing pages to continuously optimize for better conversion rates and user engagement.
Feedback & Review Management: Monitor customer reviews and feedback on various platforms, using insights to improve product off erings and customer service.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all online activities comply with state and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices and standards.
E-Commerce Platform Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of the functionalities and capabilities of various e-commerce platforms and tools, using this knowledge to optimize online sales and customer experiences.
Qualifications - Skills & Requirements
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Perpetua, Criteo, Shopify, Klaviyo, and others
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
Proficient in SEO practices and content creation for online product promotion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effi ciently and effectively.
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to take initiative and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing
